Cancellation and late fee policy:

Hotel registration and discount:
Hotel discount will not be honored without confirmed Holiday registration. Confirmation of fees and registration will be sent by email along with hotel code for making your registration.
Hotel reservations cannot be made without a confirmed event registration.
